Dried fruits (45%) (sultanas, currants, raisins (coated with canola/sunflower oil), butter (cream, salt), egg, sugar, breadcrumbs (wheat flour with thiamine and folic acid, yeast, iodised salt, water), brandy (6%) wheat flour (with thiamine and folic acid), orange juice and zest, cinnamon,mixed spice, nutmeg,  Salt bicarbonate of soda.
