AUSTRALIA WIDE DELIVERY
Delatite Special occasions delivers yummy goodies to anywhere in Australia.
Our aim is to ensure you receive your order as safely and quickly as possible.
orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days. If your order is urgent please contact us and we will endeavour to get it out for your
Specialty items like gluten free - may be longer to process to ensure there are no traces of gluten, (this is to protect the consumer who is gluten intolerant or allergic) If this is to occur, you will be notified of the delay. In the case the delay is not satisfactory we will offer a full refund.

Once processed, it is not possible to change an order.

DELIVERY DATES
Under normal circumstances for major cities, you can expect your order from 2-5 business days after dispatch. For remote regional areas, please allow 5-7 business days and up to 10 business days for Western Australia.

We do not deliver on weekends or on National Public Holidays. Orders placed on these dates will be dispatched on the next delivery cycle.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver at exact specified times of the day or on weekends.
Return & exchange policy

We offer replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law
Whilst all care is taken in packaging your products, sometimes the delivery process may be a bit rougher than normal. We package your goods carefully and with protective packaging, unfortunate Delatite Special occasions cannot be held responsible for items damaged by courier or post.
Change of mind
Sorry, Delatite Special Occasions does not offer a refund for change of mind.
