AUSTRALIA WIDE DELIVERY
Delatite Special occasions delivers yummy goodies to anywhere in Australia.
Our aim is to ensure you receive your order as safely and quickly as possible.
orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days. If your order is urgent please contact us and we will endeavour to get it out for your
Please check your address before final processing to ensure you have the correct details.
Once processed, it is not possible to change an order.

DELIVERY DATES
Under normal circumstances for major cities, you can expect your order from 2-5 business days after dispatch. For remote regional areas, please allow 5-7 business days and up to 10 business days for Western Australia.

We do not deliver on weekends or on National Public Holidays. Orders placed on these dates will be dispatched on the next delivery cycle.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver at exact specified times of the day or on weekends.
Return & exchange policy
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR PRIORITY
Delatite Special Occasions values its customers and customer satisfaction is our priority.
We offer refunds, and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law
Whilst all care is taken in packaging your products, sometimes the delivery process may be a bit rougher than normal. Any product damaged by shipment, Delatite Special Occasions must be notified immediately via email with pictures showing the damage to the product and the packaging. Once approval is given by Delatite special occasions, you will be requested to return the product (at your expense). Once Delatite Special occasions receives the damaged product, we will ship you a replacement to you.
Change of mind
Sorry, Delatite Special Occasions does not offer a refund for change of mind.
